Member meeting on the European Commission’s new Guidelines on the application of TFEU Article 102 on exclusionary abuse

On 12 November 2026, the Danish Association for Competition Law will be hosting a meeting at the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority focused on the Commission’s new guidelines on the application of TFEU Article 102 to exclusionary abuse of dominance. The European Commission will be joining us in Copenhagen and present their new guidelines. The presentation will be given by Max Kadar, Head of Unit at DG COMP (C3), who has been one of the driving forces behind the drafting of the guidelines.

The event will take place on Thursday, 12 November 2026 in the main canteen at: The Danish Competition and Consumer Authority, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby.
